What’s Going On?

I’ve been neglecting this blog for a while but I think it’s time to get back to it and try to stick with it.

Personally I’ve started working on developing a new good habit with a 66 day chalenge. The idea being that if you can stick to something for 66 days then it becomes a habit. So far so good, I’ve been going for a little over a week and haven’t missed a day.

the habit I’ve picked is to exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes every day. Most days I’m rowing but I throw in weights sometimes to give myself a break and also just to switch things up a little.
