Exploring

Now that I have my Github page setup and I’m getting more comfortable with using Git, I’ve started looking at ways of making the workflow easier.

One thing I’ve always had a problem with is visualizing the final document from a markdown file. It.’s easy enough to use any text editor to create the markdown files to be turned in to a post on this site but it takes a little effort to make sure the format looks the way I want. Even then depending on the editor the final format may render different on the page.

I’ve started playing with CodiMD and find it very easy to use and the output looks the same in it’s output as it does on the webpage. It also gives you acces to shortcuts to help you with markdown if you get stuck.
